Shelby was turned over to us after she was hit and drug by a car. She had a bone protruding through her skin when she was dumped in a nearby yard. Her leg was not only broken but dislocated. There was not way to fix her leg and it has now had one leg removed and is slowly recovering from this surgery. She will be a great, active, bouncing girl but needs someone to believe in her. Shelby is one of the sweetest and best behaved dogs you may meet. She will be a wonderful pet for someone. This little girl will run circles around you - even with only three legs. Please help us pay her medical bills by offering her sponsorship or give her the nurturing she needs by offering her a safe foster home. Shelby is being fostered in DE. Please contact us for details. Paws of Tomorrow is not a shelter, we are a foster based rescue group. All of our dogs are in foster homes and we require a completed application prior to visiting our doggies. We want to know a little about you before sending you to meet our volunteers. All of our dogs are on our website. If they have "pending" after their name, they are pending adoption. Some of our dogs have "foster me" after their names. This means they need a foster home until they are adopted. Please fill out a foster application if you can help by fostering. We do adopt out of state but you must pick your new baby up from us. Our adoption fee is $300 for all doggies and puppies. If you have additional questions, we recommend for you to email us at adopt@pawsoftomorrow.dog. All calls go to voicemail, which may take a few days to be returned. We are all volunteers so please bear with us. Other Pictures of Shelby - Fostered in DE (click to see larger version):
